Qualifications

• Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with valid license.
• Minimum 3 years of property management experience (residential).
• Experience in managing residential properties is preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Willing to work in Iloilo City, Iloilo.
