Job summary

CALMAR LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a Property Management Officer who reports to the Property Management Head to implement, organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO). The role oversees water and electrical facilities, village maintenance of all projects, and Calmar Land offices.

Required: graduate of any 4-year course, at least 2 years’ experience in Property Management/QA QC/Construction, knowledge of real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Property Management/QA QC/Construction.
• Knowledgeable in real estate industry.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance/restoration of facilities and amenities.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Skilled in negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CIIS forms, OC, ESC, WSC, Work Orders, SRF and PMD for RFO units.
• Maintain inventory of RFO keys.
• Check PBE DTR readings and RFO maintenance cycle.
• Coordinate and manage temporary water and electrical service connections for homeowners.
• Ensure accurate readings of water and electrical connections.
• Oversee Calmar Land offices, equipment, and security personnel for safety.
• Monitor maintenance of Guardhouse, Clubhouse, landscape and façade; review repairs and beautification.
• Manage grass cutting by in-house or outsourced contractor and ensure timely billing.
• Monitor saleable lots and open spaces to prevent illegal occupancy.
• Prepare reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities.
