Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Manage security, housekeeping, common area maintenance, utilities, and other day-to-day property operations
• Oversee PMG billing and collection activities, including electricity, maintenance dues, turnover fees, and other applicable property-related charges
• Monitor collection performance, delinquent homeowner accounts, utility consumption, and other key operational requirements
• Establish and implement property management procedures, operational controls, and community guidelines
• Develop long-range plans and strategies to realize goals and establish well-meaning and self-sustaining activities for the community
• Oversee the timely and professional handling of homeowner inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Coordinate with Homeowners' Associations (HOA) on community concerns, property policies, services, and other operational matters
• Oversee unit inspection, quality acceptance, turnover, homeowner orientation, and required documentation
• Manage Pag-IBIG inspection and validation requirements and ensure deficiencies are resolved to support timely unit turnover
