The Property Management Assistant provides preventive maintenance for a trouble-free Head Office building and other electrical and engineering problems of the Bank, handles the daily repair and maintenance of premises and air-con/signage-related matters for Head Office and reviews Contractors’ progress billings for disbursement, and supervises and monitors the housekeeping of the building.
Supervises the maintenance technicians and housekeeping personnel on their daily tasks and supervises the services being provided by the contractors/vendors.
Conducts routine inspection of the vicinity/area for housekeeping and/or maintenance concerns and as well as the lay-out of electrical power and communication lines of newly renovated and other existing areas of the Bank.
Monitors, replies and resolves ITSP tickets and delegates the work to technicians and/or housekeeping.
Monitors and supervises the operation of generators, synchronization panels, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and air conditioning units during outages, power failures, and fluctuations.
Supervises and/or troubleshoots emergency problems related to electrical and/or engineering problems and recommends improvements or upgrading of equipment.
Handles the monitoring and supervision of all preventive maintenance works, including preparing schedules, work permits, gate passes, and processing approval and renewal of VPRC, MSA and SLA of vendors.
Prepares requisitions, accountable for the required and issued materials and tools, prepares and submits reports on all maintenance activities, and monitors facilities regarding power and water consumption of the Bank.
Monitors critical departments, supervises installation of power and/or data lines and event set‑ups, conducts ocular inspection of renovation/construction projects, prepares and documents requisitions and design development, coordinates with vendors/suppliers, reviews quotations/billings, prepares correspondences with tenants, transports excess supplies, and performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
