Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily residential property management, leasing, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with AppFolio is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to prospective residents and schedule virtual tours.
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio.
• Support operations including rent collection and maintenance coordination.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and on-site teams remotely.
