Job summary

Far East Union Investment & Development Inc. is seeking a Property Sales & Leasing Manager to lead our sales and leasing activities, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and oversee the performance of our property portfolio and sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, property management, or business development.
• At least 2 years of experience in team supervision, sales leadership, or managing a sales/leasing team.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker or Real Estate Salesperson is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented, professional, accountable, and capable of managing multiple properties and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies; manage leads, property marketing, viewings, negotiations, closing, and transactions to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Build relationships with buyers, tenants, brokers, property owners, and business partners; ensure properties are market‑ready and coordinate with building administration, contractors, and service providers on property‑related requirements.
• Lead and supervise the sales and leasing team, monitor pipelines and performance, and prepare regular sales, leasing, occupancy, and operational reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation, contracts, records, company policies, lease agreements, and applicable real estate requirements are properly maintained and followed.
