Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Background in building maintenance, facilities engineering, or property engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise repair priorities, maintenance schedules, and site concerns.
• Conduct site inspections across multiple units to identify repair needs.
• Prioritize, schedule, and oversee repair works within service timelines.
• Coordinate with site personnel and contractors for quality repairs.
• Conduct punchlist inspections for turnover units and ensure readiness.
• Oversee repair works and maintenance for Airbnb units, coordinating with Leasing Specialist.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a 52-week preventive maintenance schedule for critical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and preventive maintenance adherence across sites.
• Monitor STP operations, log readings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs of STP equipment.
• Submit regular repair and maintenance reports to the Business Services Head.
