Job summary

Facade Today is seeking a Property Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and day-to-day technical condition of multiple properties in Pasig City. The role is onsite and requires hands-on management of building systems, preventive maintenance, STP operations, and coordination with contractors.

The ideal candidate has a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience; licensed engineers are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property engineering, facilities engineering, or building maintenance.
• Experience handling multiple properties/sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building repair and maintenance across assigned properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify facility and equipment concerns.
• Plan and monitor repair works for timely completion.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical equipment.
• Oversight of STP operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and site personnel.
• Maintain maintenance records and generate reports.
• Escalate major technical concerns and recommend actions.
