• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a valid PRC license.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Structural Analysis Software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across teams.
• Highly adaptable to site/office deployment and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented and highly analytical Project Engineer to support our team across both field and office environments. In the office, you will handle engineering documentation, quantity take-offs/estimates, material coordination, and project planning. In the field, you will monitor daily progress and ensure technical standards are met on-site. The successful candidate must be flexible, highly adaptable, and ready to collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution on time.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, maintain, and properly file engineering records, shop drawings, and technical reports

• Review construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, project cost estimates, and material orders

• Track daily project progress, assist in preparing billing documents, and monitor material requests, deliveries, and inventory

• Prepare and submit RFIs and RFAs. Coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders regarding technical matters

• Alternate between office-based tasks and field-based inspection/monitoring as required by the management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a valid PRC license

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in construction projects (both field and office experience is a strong advantage)

• Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong academic background and structural analysis knowledge are encouraged to apply
