• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years in property maintenance, facilities management, or building systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and building specifications.
• Familiarity with Philippines building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, contractors and management.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. is seeking a Property Engineer to join our growing team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and safety of our residential properties. As a Property Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and mechanical systems of our properties, managing maintenance operations, and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of functionality and compliance. This role is essential to delivering exceptional service to our residents and protecting the value of our property assets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or building systems engineering

• Strong knowledge of residential building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and building specifications

• Sound understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in the Philippines

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently

• Strong organisational and project management abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, contractors, and senior management

• Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with property management software

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between properties as required

• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or building systems certification
