Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years in property maintenance, facilities management, or building systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of residential building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and building specifications.
• Familiarity with Philippines building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, contractors and management.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure all property systems operate efficiently.
• Prepare and manage maintenance schedules and budgets for assigned properties.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers as needed.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Document all maintenance work, repairs, and inspections in detailed records and reports.
• Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for specialised repairs and upgrades.
• Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to property management and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to on site.
