Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years' experience in web design, digital design or related role.

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Designer & Support Specialist to join our Manila-based team.

This role is responsible for creating, maintaining and updating websites for our network of mortgage brokers using our proprietary website platform. You will work closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to bring individual brands to life online, ensuring each website is professional, accurate, visually engaging and aligned with the needs of the broker’s business.

In addition to creating new websites, you will provide ongoing website support, responding to requests from mortgage brokers to update written content, imagery, page layouts and other website elements.

The ideal candidate combines strong web and digital design skills with excellent communication, organisation and customer service. You will be comfortable managing multiple requests, interpreting client feedback and turning sometimes broad or non-technical instructions into polished digital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build websites for mortgage brokers using our proprietary website platform.
• Work within established templates, brand guidelines and design standards while tailoring websites to suit individual broker brands.
• Manage website projects from initial brief through to completion and launch.
• Update and maintain existing broker websites in response to ongoing requests.
• Create, edit and format website content, including written copy, imagery, banners and page layouts.
• Source, select, resize and optimise appropriate imagery for use across websites.
• Create and edit digital design assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar platforms.
• Review website content for accuracy, consistency, presentation and overall quality.
• Liaise directly with mortgage brokers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on website design and content.
• Translate client requests into practical website updates, including where the client may have limited technical or design knowledge.
• Manage multiple website builds and support requests while meeting agreed turnaround times.
• Conduct quality assurance checks prior to publishing website changes.
• Ensure websites maintain a consistent, professional standard across desktop and mobile devices.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, technology and other internal teams where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve website templates, processes and the overall broker experience.
• Maintain accurate records of website requests, changes and completed work.

Preferred Experience

• Approximately 5 years' experience in web design, digital design, website production or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining professional websites.
• Experience working in a client-facing, customer-facing or stakeholder-facing role.
• Strong experience working with website content, imagery and page layouts.
• Experience using content management systems, website builders or similar digital publishing platforms.
• Practical experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or equivalent.
• Experience managing multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
