DMCI Homes is hiring to join our real estate sales team in Makati. You will generate leads, present properties, and guide clients through reservations and purchase steps.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 72 college units.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage but is not required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using Facebook, Messenger, and other social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
• Willing to attend property viewings, site visits, meetings, and training sessions as needed.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a sales team.
• Willing to work toward sales targets and consistently follow up with prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate prospective buyers through social media marketing, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
• Respond to inquiries and understand clients' property preferences, budgets, and purchase timelines.
• Present DMCI Homes projects, including property features, unit options, pricing, payment terms, and available promotions.
• Schedule and facilitate property presentations, site visits, and unit viewings.
• Follow up with prospective clients, answer their questions, and guide them through the buying process.
• Assist buyers with reservation requirements and coordinate the submission of documents with the relevant departments.
• Maintain updated records of leads, client communications, and follow-up activities.
• Submit regular sales activity updates and work toward agreed sales targets.
• Attend training sessions, project briefings, and team meetings to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
