Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or real estate management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional, presentable, and comfortable in a highly client-facing environment.
• Able to coordinate effectively with different departments and handle client concerns professionally.
• Experience as Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, Front Office Staff, or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in real estate, property management, or customer service operations.
• Familiarity with CALM and FREBAS or similar customer/service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person assistance to walk-in clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide email support for client inquiries and concerns related to walk-in services.
• Provide first-contact resolution whenever possible and ensure concerns are properly documented and processed.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and internal units to facilitate the accurate and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Process customer requests and service tickets accurately and within established service-level requirements.
• Conduct minimal outbound calls to provide clients with updates once a resolution or requested information becomes available.
