Job summary

CBRE Philippines is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to support rent and utilities invoicing for clients and properties in Makati. This role operates with limited supervision, handling AR activities, aging, payment reconciliation, and timely reporting to management.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and familiarity with QNE, QuickBooks, or SAP, with attention to detail and analytical capabilities to ensure accurate financial records and compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 months in billing/collections or property accounting.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of property management and real estate development.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with QNE, QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of OPEX/CAPEX reporting.
• Willing to work in Capas, Tarlac and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain accounts receivable and aging for Rental and Utilities.
• Monitor collection of payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and other financial records.
• Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve billing errors.
• Generate reports on overdue invoices and cash flow status.
• Process delinquent accounts and notices.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting for property portfolio.
• Coordinate work within SPOC guidelines.
