vamasters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager to support back-end operations of a growing commercial agency.

You will manage policy documents and client records in our agency management system, serve as a liaison with underwriters, and relieve the producer to focus on selling. Candidates should have hands-on P&C agency experience, expertise with QQ Catalyst or similar systems, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Property and Casualty CSR or Account Manager.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance lines (workers' comp, business auto, general liability).
• Experience using an agency management system (QQ Catalyst, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft).
• Strong phone and written English communication skills.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
• Trustworthy, careful, and comfortable working on your own.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-ready manner.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming policies and file them under the right client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst).
• Keep policy information, client details, and account data updated accurately and on time.
• Handle back-end agency operations, including emails, document handling, and scheduling.
• Talk with underwriters by phone and email to support quoting and submissions.
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with underwriters and carrier contacts.
• Service commercial lines accounts, including workers' compensation, business auto, and general liability.
• Keep client files, policy records, and account documentation organized and maintained.
• Chase pending items and alert the agent to issues or missing information.
• Keep the agency management system tidy, current, and well organized.

Job Summary:

Our agency is on track to hire an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Account Manager to support the back-end operations of a growing commercial insurance agency. You will manage policy documents and client records in our agency management system, keep the agency organized, and serve as a point of contact with underwriters. You'll stand out with hands-on P&C agency experience and the ability to take work off the producer's plate, so the producer can focus on selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming policies and file them under the right client records in the agency management system (QQ Catalyst)


• Keep policy information, client details, and account data updated accurately and on time


• Handle back-end agency operations, including emails, document handling, and scheduling

• Strong phone and written English communication skills


• Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy


• Trustworthy, careful, and comfortable working on your own

Preferred Skills:

• Direct experience with QQ Catalyst


• Experience communicating with underwriters and building carrier relationships


• Familiarity with commercial insurance quoting, submissions, and policy servicing workflows


• Experience with certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals


• Skilled at running several accounts and priorities side by side


• Comfort picking up new systems and processes quickly
