Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Accounting Support professional to back property and real estate-related financial operations on a night shift, onsite at Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, including AP, AR, billing, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in property or real estate accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Property Accounting, Real Estate Accounting, or Property Management Accounting is highly preferred.
• Experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Billing, or Collections within a real estate/property environment is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day accounting support for property management and real estate-related operations.
• Process and review financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
• Support AP, AR, billing, collections, and account reconciliations as assigned.
• Review financial data and supporting documents, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
• Assist with month-end activities, financial reporting, and documentation following established procedures and controls.
