The role focuses on preparing SOAs, reconciling unit owner ledgers, ensuring accurate application of payments, and implementing collection efforts to maintain healthy receivables. The candidate will also prepare monthly aging and other receivable reports, and assist administration with reporting to management and the Board of Trustees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and timely send SOA for unit owners/tenants
• Reconcile ledger balances of each unit owner for correct SOA issuance
• Ensure collections are properly applied to outstanding balances
• Implement collection efforts including notices and calls to unit/lot owners
