Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for a residential property. The role includes billing, collections, GL maintenance, and preparing monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and knowledge of Philippine tax laws. On-site work is required.
The Property Accountant is responsible for managing the financial operations of the residential property, ensuring accurate accounting records, proper cash flow management, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
Manage the daily accounting operations of the property including billing, collections, payables, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and budget variance analysis
Monitor and manage association dues billing, collections, and aging of receivables
Process and record disbursements, ensuring completeness of supporting documents and proper approvals
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, BIR reportorial requirements, and audit standards
Coordinate with auditors and ensure readiness of financial records for internal and external audits
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and management reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA license is an advantage)
1 year of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Knowledgeable in Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and accounting/property management systems
Willing to work onsite
