Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage billing and collections for Condo Corp dues, prepare monthly SOAs, aging of receivables, and collection-efficiency reports.

The role reports to Building Administration, works Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM at Grand Cenia Residences, Cebu City, and requires a BS Accountancy or BS Business Administration degree with at least 1 year in AR or general accounting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy / BS Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in AR or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Bill and collect condo dues and other charges.
• Prepare and distribute monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
• Produce aging of receivables and collection efficiency reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reports to Building Administration.
• Work schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:48 PM.
• Work location: Grand Cenia Residences, Cebu City.
