Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks two detail-oriented Property Accounting Clerks to support day-to-day property-level accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Candidates will maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and liaise with the Property Accounting Supervisor/Controller.

Ideal applicants hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, have AP/AR experience, strong reconciliation skills, and familiarity with Yardi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Experience supporting both AP and AR functions.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property-level accounting operations, including AP and AR.
• Process vendor invoices and bills for approval and payment.
• Assist with AR activities and maintain tenant ledgers.
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Perform general bank and account reconciliations.
• Investigate accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Support the monthly financial close process.
• Maintain organized property-level records.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor/Controller to support reporting.
