Job summary

United Neon Advertising, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end execution from planning to turnover, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.

You will lead service maintenance and after-sales support, coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and clients, and manage resources for optimal team utilization. A background in AV/LED systems is preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Experience: 2–3 years in field engineering, technical support, or system maintenance.
Preferably in audiovisual, display, or LED systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project delivery from planning to turnover, on time and within budget.
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance and after-sales service to meet SLAs.
Plan and allocate resources to ensure efficient operations and utilization.
Monitor project costs, logistics, and subcontractors to protect margins.
Coordinate with sales, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Act as escalation point for critical project and service issues.
Supervise and develop project engineers and service staff.
Ensure compliance with designs, specs, safety regulations, and policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
Monitor performance, timelines, risks, and provide reports to management.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.
