Job summary

LE LUBRICANTS, INC is seeking a Registered Mechanical Engineer to supervise site operations for major industrial plant projects and provide technical support for high-performance lubricants, fuel treatments, and maintenance chemicals.

The role combines field supervision with product applications across cement, food & beverage, and manufacturing sites in Rizal and Laguna, requiring field visits in South Luzon and Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with board license preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance, MEPF projects, piping or technical sales.
• Experience with plant safety, hot work permits, and client coordination in industrial facilities.
• Strong organizational habits: digital reporting, budgeting, and expense liquidations.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit sites in South Luzon and Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and crew safety on industrial plant projects.
• Manage site permitting, daily reporting, safety compliance, and material requirements.
• Ensure timelines, quality control, and structured expense liquidations.
• Provide technical backing for oil analysis, lube surveys, and fuel treatment trials for accounts.
• Assist in drafting technical proposals, product demonstrations, and client presentations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product lines (LE Lubricants, Sulnox, Mak Chem, Sylmasta).

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and drive-oriented Registered Mechanical Engineer (BSME) to join our growing industrial service and technical distribution teams. This dual-coverage position combines hands-on site project supervision for major industrial plant clients (civil, mechanical, piping, and MEPF works) with technical support and product applications for high-performance industrial lubricants, fuel treatments, and maintenance chemicals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, and crew safety across industrial plant projects (e.g., cement, food & beverage, manufacturing plants in Rizal and Laguna)
• Manage site permitting, daily reporting, safety compliance, and material requirements
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, quality control, and structured expense liquidations
• Provide technical backing for oil analysis, lube surveys, and fuel treatment (Sulnox) trials for industrial, fleet, and marine accounts
• Assist in drafting technical proposals, product demonstrations, and client presentations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across specialty chemical and maintenance product lines (LE Lubricants, Sulnox, Mak Chem, Sylmasta)

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME); Board License (Registered Mechanical Engineer) is an advantage
• 3 to 6 years of proven experience in industrial plant maintenance, MEPF project contracting, piping/mechanical installation, or technical industrial sales
• Experience navigating strict plant safety, hot work permits, and client coordination in industrial facilities
• Strong organizational habits with experience in digital reporting, project budgeting, and transparent expense liquidations
• Valid driver's license and willingness to perform field visits to client sites in South Luzon and Metro Manila

Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Package: ₱35,000 Base Salary + ₱15,000 Fixed Operational/Field Allowance (₱50,000 Total Monthly Package)
• Uncapped Sales Commission: Flat 5% commission on net collected sales for directly generated or technically supported product accounts
