Responsibilities

• Ensure project tracker systems are updated correctly.
• Prepare and update Provisional Acceptance Certificate and Bill of Quantities.
• Coordinate with site engineers and update trackers.
• Track and analyze team’s monthly performance reviews.

Qualification and Needed Work Experience

• bachelor's degree or vocational course in a related field like construction management or engineering; experience in project monitoring or related field is often required
• 1-2 years of experience in project monitoring or technical support within the telecommunications industry; specialization in FTTH/Wireline is highly recommended but not required
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel; excellent communication and leadership abilities; strong understanding of cost and schedule controls
• Hands-on experience with project delivery, tracking and reporting
• Experience in taking projects from initiation to completion

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and analysis: ensure project tracker systems are updated and details are correct; create detailed project schedules
• Prepare and update Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure details are correct
• Coordinate with site engineers regarding installed sites and updating trackers
• Prepare and endorse the warranty bond and invoice
• Ensure documents are uploaded to QMD and Google Drive
• Coordinate with vendors for completion of signatures
• Track and analyze the team’s monthly performance reviews
• Meet weekly/monthly targets and prepare/present regular project reports for the target
