• Preferably graduate of B.S Engineering or Architecture.
• License holder is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams, provide clear directions, and resolve conflicts.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, resources, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receives instructions from Project In-Charge on specific assignments, objectives, points of emphasis, reference and information sources and possible solutions.
• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Prepares and maintains project documentation such as Building Permits and Clearances, Approved Plans and Specifications, Subdivision Rules and Regulations and other memo’s issued by Architect, Owner, Subdivision Management, Local & National Government Units
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to maintain strong working relationships.
• Manages daily team operations and evaluate subcontractors' billing
• Monitoring of project expenditures.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Job title: Project Supervisor

Terms: Project-Based

Reporting to: Project In‐Charge

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day; with 1-hour lunch break - 6 days/week

Responsible for the management and safety of construction projects.
