Job Summary:

The Project Supervisor prioritizes field operations on a task management level ensuring the day-to-day activities of all technical personnel align with the plans and specifications of the construction site and the directive of management. The Project Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and execution of plans and assists and monitors personnel on-site during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily task management and site direction
• Ensure work quality enforcement at task level
• Oversee daily task accomplishment and forecast short-term planning
• Ensures that the right resources are present for task-level execution
• Supervise the safe execution of tasks
• Efficient documentation of work activity logs and onsite conditions and activity

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• With 2-6 years working experience as supervisor in operations
• Must have experience in project management with exposure to staff supervision, manpower monitoring, and project handling
• Basic knowledge/skills of MS Application
• Intermediate knowledge/skills of EHS in the construction industry
• Intermediate knowledge in the interpretation and execution of structural plans and specifications
• Basic knowledge/skills in drafting software
• Basic knowledge/skills in scheduling software
• Ability to integrate architectural, MEPF interphasing works
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System - an advantage
• Experience with the project management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and schedule team operations
• Licensed Architect
• Residents of Laguna - an advantage
• Can start ASAP and with almost complete requirements
