Operations
- Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications;
- Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements;
- Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices;
- Prepares billing certifications or endorsements;
- Evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval;
- Prepares and monitors owner supplied materials requirements;
Manpower Activities Schedule
- Prepare the schedules of the people.
- Prepare incident report for workers caught idle at work.
Reports
- Submit reports as required and as needed by management.
- Regularly report to client.
Other Duties
- Attend regularly toolbox meetings conducted by Superiors.
- Comply with the Company Rules and Regulations and Department’s Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures.
- Perform other job related tasks as may be directed by superior and key officers of the company from time to time.
- Represent the company in meeting with the clients
- Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineer or at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- With at least 1-2years’ experience in project management.
- Knowledge in estimation, excel, word
- Good communication skill
- Detail Oriented
- Committed to work, honest and dependable
