Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• COS H/Safety training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities and site operations.
• Ensure work aligns with approved plans, drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, timelines, manpower, materials and equipment needs.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and execution.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and technical concerns.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates and site records.
• Ensure utilization and availability of materials and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with company safety policies and project standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Ensure activities meet approved timeline and budget.
• Attend meetings and provide project status updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related course
• Licensed Engineer/Architect is preferred
• With 2-3 years of experience in construction/project management or site supervision
• Knowledgeable in construction drawings, project specifications, and site operations
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• With experience in managing manpower, subcontractors, materials, and project documentation
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project locations
