HIRING: PROJECT-IN-CHARGE (PIC)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned construction projects. The PIC will be responsible for site supervision, manpower coordination, quality control, safety compliance, client coordination, and ensuring that project activities are completed according to schedule and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure target accomplishments are achieved.
Manpower Management
- Directly supervise foremen, skilled workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Monitor workforce productivity and attendance.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with the Operations Department.
Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary site representative of the company.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress.
Quality Control
- Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Identify defects, deficiencies, and rework requirements.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and submit material requests based on project requirements.
- Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and usage.
- Ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of company tools and equipment.
Safety Compliance
- Enforce company safety policies and site safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Safety Officers regarding inspections and corrective actions.
- Ensure all workers comply with PPE and site safety requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily accomplishment reports with site photos.
- Submit weekly project updates, manpower reports, and material status reports.
- Maintain records of deliveries, inspections, and site instructions.
- Monitor project schedules and identify potential delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field.
- Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage but not required.
- At least 2 years of construction site supervision experience.
- Experience in fit-out, residential, commercial, or civil works projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation.

- Achievement of weekly and monthly project targets.

Working Schedule
- 8-hour site presence required during assigned working hours.
- Attend weekly company coordination meetings.
- Available for site inspections and coordination as necessary.
