Job summary

Alfaconstruct Philippines Inc. is seeking a Project-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee day-to-day construction site operations in Manila. The PIC will supervise sites, coordinate manpower, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, at least 2 years of site supervision, and strong leadership. Licensing is an advantage; proficiency in MS Office and construction documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction field.
• Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Experience in fit-out, residential, commercial, or civil works projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
• Manpower Management: supervise foremen, skilled workers, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Project Coordination: coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Quality Control: inspect works, identify defects, and ensure compliance with specs.
• Safety Compliance: enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare daily reports and coordinate material status.
