Job summary

EPM Construction Inc. is seeking a Project-in-Charge (Site-based) for a 1-month assignment in Quezon City. The role focuses on directing day-to-day site operations, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring adherence to plans and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (licensure a plus) with strong leadership, site supervision, and coordination skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required, plus ability to manage subcontractors and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness for project-based work across locations.

Project-in-Charge (Site-based) 1 MONTH

Qualifications:

• l Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed is a plus.
• l With or without experience. Experience in related field is advantage
• l Willing to work on a project-based and be assigned to different project locations.
• l With strong leadership and decision-making skills. Capable in site supervision/field coordination, project management and handling subcontractors and manpower on-site.
• l Knowledgeable in construction methods, scheduling plans and specifications
• l Familiarity with value engineering, cost estimation, cost saving budgeting, and material take-offs.
• l Knowledge of health and safety standards and site compliance.
• l Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications
• l Ability to identify and resolve site issues quickly and efficiently
• l Proficient in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel formula, pivot table, reporting and other engineering software and project management tools.
• l Strong skills in report writing, daily logs, and progress monitoring
• l Good coordination skills with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• l Strong time management and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment
• l Experience in as-built documentation and project turnover
• l MUST WILLING TO REPORT IN QUEZON CITY
