Job summary

HMJ Earth Movement Construction Corp. in Pasig is seeking a proactive Site Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our earthworks and infrastructure teams. You will supervise daily site activities, review plans, and ensure work meets specifications and schedules.

The role requires reading shop drawings, cost estimation, and collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed civil engineer preferred; exceptional candidates may apply.
• 1–3 years' experience in construction or site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and shop drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; Civil 3D/STAAD a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites.

Responsibilities

WE'RE HIRING: SITE ENGINEER

HMJ Earth Movement Construction Corp. is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Site Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
• Monitor site safety, quality control, productivity, and project progress

• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and material monitoring

Qualifications:

Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred, but exceptional candidates with relevant experience may also apply)

At least 1–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision

Experience in cost estimation and engineering design is an advantage

Able to prepare and interpret engineering plans, technical drawings, and shop drawings

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (Civil 3D, STAAD, or similar software is a plus)

Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites

Can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:

• Sheet piling and temporary earth retention systems
• Slope stabilization and soil protection works
• Earthworks, excavation, and grading
• Drainage systems and underground utility works
• Road construction and horizontal infrastructure projects
• Quantity surveying, project estimation, and value engineering
• Construction methodology planning and temporary works design

Project Assignments:

Metro Manila and nearby provinces (depending on project requirements)
