SIPAT CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction site operations for civil and structural projects. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with clients and contractors to resolve issues while supporting the design team with engineering plans.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree with PRC license and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with valid PRC License.
• 3–5 years of experience as Project Site Engineer or similar in construction (less than 3 years welcome).
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Primavera P6, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

About the role

SIPAT CONSTRUCTION is seeking for a Project Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects. This full-time position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations at the construction site, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate construction activities at the project site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues

• Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement engineering plans and specifications

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including site reports, testing results, and as-built drawings

• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team, including training and mentoring of junior staff

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with valid PRC License

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or in a similar role within the construction industry (Applicants with less than 3 years experience are welcome to apply)

• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
