SIPAT CONSTRUCTION is seeking a Project Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction site operations for civil and structural projects. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with clients and contractors to resolve issues while supporting the design team with engineering plans.

The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree with PRC license and 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with valid PRC License.
• 3–5 years of experience as Project Site Engineer or similar in construction (less than 3 years welcome).
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Primavera P6, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate construction activities at the project site including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with design team to interpret and implement engineering plans and specs.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including site reports, testing results, and as-built drawings.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to the construction team.
