Project Services Lead

Location: Makati Office - Lepanto Building (WFO Preferred; Hybrid / WFH Considered)

About the Role:

The Project Services Lead provides critical operational and project support across the business, focusing on cost management, project controls, developer liaison, procurement administration, and transactional oversight. Working closely with Production, Drafting, Estimating, Finance, and external development partners, you will ensure projects are accurately costed, efficiently administered, and delivered in line with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management & Reporting: Manage project cost tracking, monitor financial performance, and conduct cost analysis to support pricing, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
• Developer Liaison & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and external developers, facilitating clear communication to drive timely project outcomes.
• Procurement & Transactional Oversight: Manage purchase order creation, order processing, and transactional workflows while monitoring commitments, expenditure, and project budgets.
• Project Controls & Administration: Support contract administration, initial project setup, close-out activities, and the maintenance of operational project control systems.
• Reporting & Process Improvement: Prepare operational and financial reports for executive review while identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and governance.

About You:

Experience & Background

• Australian Experience: Mandatory background in Australian construction, residential development, or related project environments.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Excellent mandatory).
• Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in project administration, procurement processes, cost reporting, and contract support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project control systems, operational software, and reporting platforms.
