Job summary

BUILDRIGHT CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead construction projects from mobilization to final handover and closeout. You will manage daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring projects meet drawings, specs, safety, quality, and schedule.

You will prepare and monitor schedules, control costs, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and oversee billing and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Proven experience managing industrial/construction projects.
• Delivery of at least two projects from mobilization to handover.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate on-site.
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and progress billing.
• Willing to work on-site and travel.

• Practical knowledge of scheduling, cost control, quality assurance, progress billing, and variation management.
• Proficient in Excel and construction scheduling tools.
• Clear communication, strong leadership, and consistent follow-through.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to assigned projects.
• High standards of integrity, accountability, and reporting accuracy.

Project Location: Tanza, Cavite
