Job summary

A Project Manager / Project Engineer role is available for our team. The position involves supporting proposal development and managing projects from award through completion and start-up.

You will act as the main contact for client and internal communications, maintain schedules, lead project teams, and manage the systems required for project success. The ideal candidate brings engineering/management training and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related technical/management field is required.
• 3 years of experience as Project Engineer/Project Manager or similar role in manufacturing/fabrication industries.
• Proficient with MS Project and project scheduling tools.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our team.

Our Project Engineers and Managers are responsible for supporting proposal development and the execution of projects from award through completion and start-up.

This includes being the main point of contact for client and internal department communications, establishing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating and directing project teams, and coordinating and controlling all required project management systems.

We ask our Project Managers to ensure the company meets or exceeds each project’s safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.

Technical Capabilities For This Role Include

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the flow and logistics needed to execute design-build control systems and fabricated equipment projects.
• Possess an understanding and use of project control systems including:
• Project cost and budget reporting
• Forecast to completion projections
• Project scheduling tools including critical path identification and management
• Project document control and management
• Ability to understand and communicate technical subject matter efficiently and effectively with project team, sub-contractors, and clients

Skills Required
