Job summary

Siemens Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a Project Engineer to support Electrification & Automation projects from award through handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You will assist in establishing baselines for scope, budget, and timelines, and coordinate engineering deliverables with procurement, logistics, FAT, installation, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates hold a B.E./B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years in project coordination in power or electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or support experience in power/electrical industries.
• Knowledge of LV/MV systems and protection & automation.
• Familiar with MS Project.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation.
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of Electrification & Automation (EA) projects from award through handover, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Assisting in establishing and maintaining project baselines covering scope, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinating engineering deliverables, procurement, logistics, FAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitoring project progress and supporting corrective actions to address risks or delays.
• Assisting in managing contract obligations, variation orders, and change requests.
• Participating in customer meetings and internal project reviews to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project execution.
