Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of project management/engineering experience.
• Experience with automation, material handling, sorting or conveying systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Familiar with project management tools (MS Project, Gantt charts, Jira, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware and engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor progress to meet scope, budget, timelines and quality.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Provide status updates to the President and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.
