Job summary

Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to execution at Alva Business Centre Pasig. The role requires coordinating multi-discipline teams, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree, 1–4 years PM experience in IT/Networking and a willingness to travel to project sites. PMP certification is a plus and the company emphasizes career development and a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical background and interest in project management encouraged to apply.
• At least 1–4 years of PM experience in IT & Networking, Data Center, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills including resource planning and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are an advantage.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites.
• PMP certification is an advantage.

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is primarily responsible from thought patterns and planning to implementation. He/she is responsible for preparing, supervising and guiding projects.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Fresh graduates with a strong technical background, relevant academic knowledge, and a keen interest in project management are highly encouraged to apply.


• At least 1-4 Year(s) of working experience and proven track record as a Project Manager (IT & Networking , Data Center, Extra Low Voltage and , ie. CCTV, FDAS, Structured Cabling) is an advantage.


• Candidate must possess strong organizational and project management skills, including resource planning and program scheduling.


• Candidate with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are an advantage.


• Candidate must be willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites as required.


• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an advantage.
