Job summary

Qualifications

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of sales projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
• Work closely with clients to gather project requirements, identify business needs, and develop tailored IT solutions to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and estimates to support the sales process.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and adhere to company standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in structured cabling projects, at least 5 years, in project management, preferably in an IT sales environment.
• Should be familiar with a range of IT solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• With the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• With capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be willing to do offsite work and be assigned in Brgy. Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
