Job Title: Project Manager (Multi-Project)
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills to effectively manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Review and approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and material deliveries
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to management
- Lead project meetings and provide strategic direction to site teams
- Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design and engineering standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction
- With at least 10 to 15 years total experience in the construction industry
- Strong background in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Knowledgeable in construction processes, project management tools, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent in Collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Experience in high rise, Institutional Construction, high-end residential, fit‑out or commercial projects
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and permitting processes (e.g., DPWH, LGU compliance)
