Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of industrial construction projects in the Batangas area.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure safe, on-schedule, and within-budget execution, while serving as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management.
• 12+ years in construction with 5+ years in a Project Manager role on industrial, manufacturing, or logistics facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Manage project lifecycle activities including mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and demobilization.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor overall project master schedules, critical paths, and milestones.
• Manage project budget, commitments, cash flow, and cost forecasting to safeguard target profitability.
• Align Engineering and Construction teams to ensure designs are constructible and compliant with project standards.
• Partner with Supply Chain for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Enforce Quality and HSE plans, regulatory requirements, and resolve NCRs and defects.
• Serve as primary interface for clients, consultants, and authorities; lead progress meetings.
• Lead testing, commissioning, punch-list closure, as-built documentation, and final client acceptance.

About the role

The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics centers. This role leads multidisciplinary construction teams across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works to ensure safe, on-schedule, and within-budget execution. Serves as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers from project mobilization through handover and close-out.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution across all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines in line with approved strategy
• Manage project lifecycle activities including mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, handover, and demobilization
• Develop, maintain, and monitor overall project master schedules, critical paths, and key milestones
• Manage project budget, commitments, cash flow, and cost forecasting to safeguard target profitability
• Align Engineering and Construction teams to ensure designs are constructible and compliant with project standards
• Partner with Supply Chain for timely procurement of critical materials, equipment, and specialty services
• Enforce Quality and HSE plans, regulatory requirements, and drive timely resolution of NCRs and defects
• Serve as primary interface for clients, consultants, and authorities; lead project progress meetings
• Lead testing, commissioning, punch-list closure, as-built documentation, and final client acceptance
• Direct and develop the cross-functional project team (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Commercial)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management
• 12+ years in construction with 5+ years in a Project Manager role on industrial, manufacturing, or logistics facilities
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams, major subcontractors, and industrial facility projects
• Professional engineering or project management certification (PMP/PE) is an advantage
