Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects in planning and execution, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-tracking skills, with a focus on compliance with codes and safety policies across commercial and industrial facilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of facilities, construction, infrastructure, or real estate project experience.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, building codes, budgeting and compliance.
  • Experience in commercial/industrial facilities, including MEP and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD.
