- Track project stages, target and forecast opening dates, milestones, percentage completion, risks, blockers, dependencies, and required decisions.
- Maintain project dashboards, schedules, Gantt charts, action registers, and opening-readiness trackers.
- Coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams including Administration, Legal, Regulatory, Construction, HR, Operations, IT, Procurement/Purchasing, Finance, Treasury, and Marketing.
- Monitor committed deliverables, identify causes of delays, secure revised completion dates, and document corrective actions.
- Maintain integrated project schedules and closely monitor activities affecting the project's critical path.
- Proactively flag overdue tasks and potential delays that could impact scheduled site openings.
- Maintain centralized risk, issue, decision, and commitment trackers with clearly assigned owners and deadlines.
- Prepare concise weekly project dashboards and executive reports highlighting critical projects, upcoming openings, overdue commitments, exceptions, and decisions required.
- Maintain pre-opening readiness checklists and coordinate requirements across construction, regulatory, staffing, operations, equipment, inventory, IT, finance, and other support functions.
About you
