We are hiring a corporate Project Manager to run acquisition integration, systems migration, and strategic initiatives for a fast-growing, multi-brand US company. This is an internal PMO role, not a field or construction project role.
About the Role:
Our client is a multi-brand property services company operating nine brands across more than 60 US locations. The company is growing through acquisitions and consolidating its business systems, and it needs a Project Manager to keep that change organized, on schedule, and visible to leadership.
You will sit at the center of the business, working directly with senior leadership and with operations, finance, IT, and brand leaders. You will not manage job sites or field crews. You will manage the internal projects that change how the company runs.
What You Will Do
You will run three workstreams at the same time and be the person who keeps all of them moving.
1. Acquisition Integration
- Run integration playbooks for newly acquired companies, from Day 1 readiness through full operational onboarding
- Coordinate system cutovers, user onboarding, and process standardization for each acquired business
- Maintain integration plans, meeting cadences, action item logs, and executive status updates in Smartsheet
- Surface blockers early and elevate with clear, direct answers
2. Systems Integration
- Manage the convergence of ERP and CRM platforms across the organization, including ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Sage Intacct, and Zoho Desk
- Coordinate system builds, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Align timelines and dependencies across operations, finance, IT, safety, and brand leaders
3. Strategic Initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects from kickoff to close, including scope, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Keep US-based stakeholders aligned and drive timely decisions
- Produce executive-ready reports that give leadership a clear, accurate picture of every initiative
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate comes from a corporate project management background where they owned business or systems change for US or global companies. Strong backgrounds include:
- Transition or migration management in BPO, shared services, or global delivery centers
- PMO roles in transformation, consulting, or global capability centers
- ERP or CRM implementation, including cutover, data migration, and UAT
- Post-merger or acquisition integration work
Relevant titles include Transition Manager, PMO Lead, Implementation Project Manager, Integration Manager, Program Manager, and Business Transformation Project Manager.
This role is not a fit for construction, site, or field project coordination backgrounds.
What You Bring
Experience
- 4+ years with a Project Manager or equivalent title, leading internal business, systems, or integration projects
- A track record managing five or more projects at the same time in a fast-paced, shifting-priority environment
- Experience reporting status directly to directors, VPs, or executives, ideally US-based
- Hands-on use of RAID logs, project plans, UAT, and cutover or go-live planning
- Full follow-through: you surface blockers fast, give direct answers, and do not let open items age
- PMP, CAPM, or an equivalent certification is a plus; a proven execution record matters more
Communication
- Native or near-native English fluency, written and spoken (firm requirement)
- Direct, concise, and confident with US executives and cross-functional teams
- Able to turn complex project status into clear language leadership can act on
AI Fluency
- Daily working use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot for documentation, analysis, and meeting preparation
Systems and Tools
- Core: Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Also valuable: Power BI, Zoho Desk, Read.ai, Sage Intacct, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan
- Full training on the company tech stack will be provided
Nice to Have
- Experience with private equity-backed or acquisitive companies
- Exposure to home services or specialty contracting
