Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. is seeking a Store Opening Project Manager to lead end-to-end openings in Metro Manila. The role requires coordinating Operations, Construction, Facilities, Procurement, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other teams to ensure on-time launches.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in project management or store development, with strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project-tracking tools is required.
Lead and monitor the end-to-end store opening process from project initiation to store launch.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and opening schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional activities among Operations, Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Marketing, and other relevant teams.
Track progress of all store opening deliverables and ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to management.
Act as the primary liaison among internal departments, contractors, suppliers, landlords, government agencies, and external partners.
Facilitate collaboration and alignment among stakeholders to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
Ensure accountability of project owners for assigned deliverables and deadlines.
Escalate critical issues and delays to management when necessary.
Identify project risks and potential delays that may impact store opening schedules.
Develop and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met.
Monitor compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives.
Prepare and maintain store opening trackers, project dashboards, and status reports.
Ensure proper documentation of project plans, permits, approvals, contracts, and store readiness checklists.
Provide management with accurate updates on project progress, risks, and completion status.
Ensure all operational, staffing, facility, IT, merchandising, and marketing requirements are completed before store opening.
Conduct project readiness reviews and coordinate pre-opening assessments.
Verify that all opening requirements and compliance standards are achieved prior to launch.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management, Store Development, Construction Management, Business Operations, or related functions.
Experience supporting retail, food, restaurant, FMCG, or multi-site business expansion is highly preferred.
Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
