Job summary

OSREM GLOBAL Communication Inc is seeking a Project Manager – Expansion & Site Development to support rapid multi-site expansion. The role coordinates site development and facility openings, working with senior management and cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule from planning through opening.

This position requires strong organizational skills, experience managing multiple projects, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across departments to ensure successful openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering/Industrial/Construction/Business).
• 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple simultaneous projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with sites/branch rollouts or multi-site implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of expansion, site development, construction, pre-opening, and completed projects.
• Track milestones, opening dates, forecast dates, risks, blockers, and decisions.
• Maintain dashboards, schedules, Gantt charts, action registers, and readiness trackers.
• Coordinate with Administration, Legal, Regulatory, Construction, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and Operations.
• Monitor delays, revise completion dates, and document corrective actions.
• Maintain integrated schedules and monitor critical path activities.
• Flag overdue tasks and potential delays affecting openings.
• Prepare weekly project dashboards and executive reports.
