Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Project Execution
- Lead project teams to execute plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Gather stakeholder feedback on technology and product/service improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick‑off, status updates, and post‑project reviews.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement QA processes and conduct regular audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Data Gathering
- Develop and deliver training programs for buyers and suppliers to facilitate data gathering.
- Ensure participants understand data collection processes and tools.
- Monitor and support data‑gathering activities for accuracy and timeliness.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, reports, and closure documents.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of project activities, decisions, and changes.
- Generate and present detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
