Job summary

GLOBALSUCCESS OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives in a dynamic environment. You will oversee project execution, monitor progress against plans, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure scope, schedule and quality targets are met.

You will manage budgets, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of working experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex schedules.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, financial, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
